Retrieve Your Email Using Webmail

To access webmail on a Linux server

  1. From your web browser, go to: http://yourdomain.com/webmail (where yourdomain.com is replaced with your domain name).
  2. Enter the full email address as the user name.
  3. Enter the password for the email account (this password is usually unique and different from your hosting admin or Member Center passwords).
  4. Click to select one of the webmail programs (the options sometimes vary by server). We recommend Round Cube.

To access webmail on a Windows server (see special note below)

From your web browser, go to: http://webmail.yourdomain.com (where yourdomain.com is replaced with your domain name).

Enter the user name for your hosting control panel.

Enter the password for your hosting control panel.

Click on the mailbox you wish to review.

SPECIAL NOTE: Many Windows accounts are actually configured to utilize two servers; a Windows server for your hosting account and a Linux server for yor email account. If your account is setup this way you will need to use a different process to access your email.

  2. Enter the full email address as the user name.
  3. Enter the password for the email account (this password is usually unique and different from your hosting admin or Member Center passwords).
  4. Click to select one of the webmail programs (the options sometimes vary by server). We recommend Round Cube.
