If you cannot connect to your website, follow these steps to help determine the cause of the problem:

1. Try to connect to another website, such as MSN or Google. If you can't reach them, your Internet connection is probably down.
2. Make sure your domain name has not expired. Go to a WhoIs service, such as http://whois.sc, enter you domain name and check the expiration date.
3. If your connection and domain names are both good, open a support ticket (see How to Open a Support Ticket or Trouble Ticket), or if it is an emergency, call 866 542-9740 to reach our 24/7 emergency support line.
   
   NOTE: There will be a $75 emergency support line fee if we determine that your issue was caused by your computer, your computer software, your Internet connection or your Internet Service Provider.
