We will not charge clients for a “list of files” that do not contain viable data inside, like some other companies do. Our rigorous quality assurance process makes sure that you receive the data you are looking for. We will charge you $99.00 if your drive was previously opened (factory seals were broken). Return shipping is free for all completed recoveries. This is FedEx priority overnight shipping anywhere in the continental US.
