Our policy of "No Data - No Charge" means you are not liable for any costs incurred unless we recover the data you need. We will not charge clients for a “list of files�? that do not contain viable data inside, like some other companies do. We will charge you $99.00 if your drive was previously opened (factory seals were broken). Drive cavity has to be purged of contaminants in a clean room environment prior to diagnostic procedures.
